Being locked out of your own home is stressful enough without waiting half a day for help. I'm a Swansea-based mobile locksmith available around the clock, and in most cases I'm at your door within the hour — with the price agreed before I set off.

Most lockouts do not need a drilled lock. Using picking, bypass and letterbox techniques I can usually open a standard nightlatch, mortice or uPVC multipoint door without damaging the door or the mechanism — which means you are not paying for a replacement lock on top of the call-out.
Drilling is a last resort, reserved for locks that have already failed internally, snapped cylinders, or high-security mechanisms that genuinely cannot be manipulated. If drilling is the only option, I'll tell you before I start and quote for the replacement at the same time.
Keys locked inside the house, keys lost or stolen, a key snapped in the lock, a uPVC handle that has gone floppy and will not lift, a euro cylinder that spins without engaging, or a nightlatch that has slammed behind you while you took the bins out. All of these are routine jobs.
If your keys have been lost or stolen rather than simply left inside, I'll always recommend changing the cylinder afterwards so nobody can walk back in. I carry stock so it can be done in the same visit.
There is no call-out fee and no unsociable-hours surcharge. You get a price on the phone before I travel, and that is the price you pay. If anything on site changes the job, I stop and tell you before carrying on.
Across Swansea and the surrounding 15 miles I'm typically with you in under an hour, day or night. I'll give you a realistic time on the phone rather than an optimistic one.
In the large majority of lockouts, no. I use non-destructive picking and bypass methods first and only drill when a lock has genuinely failed — and I'll tell you before I do.
No. The price is the same whether it's 2pm on a Monday or 2am on a Saturday, and there is never a call-out fee.
I'll ask for reasonable proof that you live at or are entitled to access the property — ID with the address, a utility bill, or confirmation from the landlord or letting agent.
